Premier Division | Kells 12-13 Wath Brow Hornets
A huge local derby which has all the ingredients of a classic as Hornets' Carl Dixon proved to be the hero.
Curtis Teare and Peter Caddy claimed Brow's tries, Cole Walker-Taylor with two goals, but the home side matched their opponents as Troy Armstrong and Connor Hetherington went over for a try each, Ross Gainford converting twice.
But halfback Dixon's drop goal proved to be the difference between the sides as Wath Brow moved to within two points of second-placed Egremont.
Division 1 | Leigh Miners Rangers 27-22 Milford Marlins
An entertaining tie at Twist Lane which was shown live on FreeSports saw Miners get one over their fellow play-off chasers.

But Todd Fenlon and Adam Thompson scored first-half tries, Craig Ashall kicking a drop goal as the home side took control in the first 40.
Ashall, Deacon Monks and Joe Connor got themselves on the scoresheet in the second half to seal the points for the home side.

Five tries each with just one point separating the sides in a hugely entertaining tie at Easy Road.
Connor Parkinson, Luke Barrett, Daniel Fallon, Leon Harber and Ben Jones got St Judes' tries, Fallon with four goals and Gary McMahon with one goal and a drop goal.
But it wasn't enough as Tim Norfolk led the way with two tries for East Leeds; Adam Wrigg, Jack Norfolk and Curtis Winstanley also going over; Nathan Conroy crucially kicking six goals to claim the points.
